Check or extend the gift voucher

1. The client can choose from the offered Packages and standard stays displayed in the reservation table.
2. After reviewing the Package contents and price, the client may select the desired stay period for the selected room and additional conditions or packages.
3. Once the offer is selected, the client proceeds to the next step — the form where personal details and comments regarding the reservation are provided.
4. After completing the data, the client can make a deposit payment via one of the following methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard)
• Electronic bank transfer (UAB Paysera LT)
  4a. Selecting the first or second options directs the client to a page where payment can be made through the UAB Paysera LT system. Authentication begins upon connection to the system via 128-bit encrypted protocol. Once payment is processed, the client automatically receives a confirmation email of payment and reservation, indicating client details, hotel name, total accommodation cost, paid deposit, and remaining amount due at the hotel. The remaining sum must be paid at the hotel. The confirmation email acts as proof of payment of the deposit and the outstanding balance.
  4b. Choosing the third option (bank transfer or payment later) sends the client a preliminary reservation confirmation via email, which is confirmed after the deposit is paid via bank transfer or online system. The reservation is considered initial for 48 hours from the booking date and may be canceled if the deposit is not received within that period. Once the deposit is received, the client gets a confirmation email to present at the hotel for final settlement.
  4c. Users with personal accounts in the BookingRobot system can link their credit card(s) to their account. In this case, each time they purchase hotel services, the amount will be automatically deducted from their credit account during the purchase. The client can cancel the card linkage at any time in account settings by clicking "Delete" under "Payment Cards". The security of client credit card data is guaranteed by the licensed company UAB Paysera LT.

1. The client understands that in case of system failure or programming errors, if the advertised service price is unreasonably low/high due to the service composition, the hotel reserves the right to notify the client within 10 days of confirmation of the error and to demand full payment. If the client refuses, the contract/service provision can be canceled without liability for the client's losses.

1. Reservation by Inquiry
   If no available room matches the booking online, a room can be requested via inquiry. After filling out the form, the client will receive an email confirming availability (or lack thereof) and instructions for paying the deposit. The deposit can be paid by credit card, electronic transfer, or bank transfer. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Once paid, the client receives a reservation confirmation email to be presented upon arrival for final payment.
2. Payment, Modification, and Cancellation

1. When submitting a booking or reservation, the client makes a deposit payment via one of the methods outlined in the system. The remaining amount is payable upon arrival at the sanatorium.
2. The client does not bear any costs associated with the reservation process.
3. Reservation is guaranteed once a minimum of 50% of the total amount is paid via card or bank transfer no later than 2 working days from the booking date. If the reservation is made later than 2 days before arrival, the deposit must be transferred on the same day. Otherwise, the reservation is canceled.
4. The reservation can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge at least 10 days prior to the arrival date. The full deposit will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 21 days after the cancellation.
5. Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 5 days before arrival are subject to a fee equal to one night’s room rate. The remaining deposit is transferred or refunded.
6. If the cancellation or rescheduling is made less than 5 days before the arrival date, the reservation cannot be transferred to another date, and the advance payment will not be refunded.
7. No-shows or failing to notify about late arrival by 20:00 on the arrival day result in cancellation, and the deposit is forfeited.
8. Payment and cancellation conditions for travel agencies/businesses are specified in individual contracts and advance invoices.
9. Reservations can be guaranteed or paid for using gift vouchers until they expire.
10. If services are booked using a gift voucher and not canceled or rescheduled a minimum of 5 days before the arrival date, they are considered used. After the voucher expires, the payment is non-refundable. Valid vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and cash is not returned.
11. If the client made a reservation at a promotional price valid only for a specific service package or certain dates, and then changes the terms of that reservation, the sanatorium has the right to recalculate the total price. The client will be informed of such changes at the time of modifying the reservation dates or conditions. If the client does not agree with the recalculated price, the cancellation or modification conditions specified during the promotion and in these rules apply.

III. Final Provisions

1. The client must accurately provide their details in the reservation form. The hotel is not responsible for incorrect selection of arrival or departure dates, nor for inaccuracies in other personal data provided by the client.
2. The secure processing of payments for reservations is handled by the electronic payment system UAB Paysera LT.
3. The hotel or the online reservation service provider is not liable for system outages or other disruptions beyond their control.
4. Personal Data
   By booking a package at the hotel, the reserver agrees that their personal data will be stored in the service database. These data will be used solely for completing the reservation process and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Agreement of September 28, 1997.
5. Confirmation of Terms
   By checking “I agree with the rules,” the client declares that they understand and accept the conditions outlined in these rules. Without confirming the rules, the reservation will not be active.

Gift Voucher Booking Rules:

1. The gift voucher(s) confirm the holder's right to use services up to the amount specified on the voucher(s).
2. Voucher holders can only use the services of Mineral SPA Draugystė.
3. If the service cost exceeds the value of the voucher(s), the difference can be paid in cash.
4. Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
5. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
6. Unused vouchers after their expiry are considered invalid.
7. If the holder purchases services for less than the voucher value, the remaining amount is not refundable.
8. When paying with a gift voucher, a VAT invoice will not be issued to the voucher holder.
9. The gift voucher must be fully used in one visit.
10. If the holder purchases services for less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will not be refunded. The voucher must be fully used in one go.

Ši privatumo politika (toliau - Privatumo politika) apibrėžia sąlygas, kurių privalo laikytis visi interneto svetainės www.draugyste.lt (toliau - Interneto svetainė) lankytojai (toliau - Lankytojai).

Laikoma, kad Lankytojas susipažįsta ir išreiškia savo sutikimą laikytis Privatumo politikos, kai jis apsilanko Interneto svetainėje, prisijungia prie Interneto svetainės ir (ar) įsigyja Internetinėje svetainėje parduodamą prekę ir (ar) paslaugą. • informaciją apie Jūsų kompiuterį ir apie Jūsų apsilankymus ir naudojimąsi šia Interneto svetaine, įskaitant Jūsų IP adresą, prisijungimo prie Interneto svetainės laiką ir datą;
• bet kokią kitą informaciją, kurią Jūs galite pateikti mums bet kuriuo metu, naudodamiesi mūsų Interneto svetaine, teikiamomis paslaugomis ar su mumis bendraudami.

Jūsų asmens duomenys bus saugomi ne ilgiau nei to reikalauja nustatyti duomenų tvarkymo tikslai ir ne ilgiau nei 5 (penkerius) metus  po paskutinio Jūsų prisijungimo prie Internetinės svetainės. Kai asmens duomenys taps nebereikalingi jų tvarkymo tikslams ar pasibaigs nustatytas saugojimo terminas, jie bus saugiai sunaikinami.

5.        Duomenų atskleidimas

Mes galime atskleisti informaciją apie Jus mūsų darbuotojams, vadybininkams, tarpininkams, tiekėjams ar subrangovams, jei pagrįstai reikia tiems tikslams, kaip nurodyta šioje Privatumo politikoje.

Be to, mes galime atskleisti informaciją apie Jus:

• jei mes turime padaryti tai pagal įstatymą;

Į tokius prašymus mes atsakome teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka ir terminais ir stengiamės pateikti Jums informaciją kiek įmanoma greičiau, bet ne vėliau kaip per 30 dienų nuo Jūsų prašymo gavimo. Jūsų prašymu, tokie duomenys pateikiami raštu nurodytu adresu ar elektroninio pašto adresu. Informacijos apie tai, iš kokių šaltinių ir kokie Jūsų asmens duomenys surinkti, kokiu tikslu jie tvarkomi ir kokiems duomenų gavėjams buvo pateikti per paskutinius vienerius metus, pateikimas yra nemokamas vieną kartą per kalendorinius metus. Jeigu, gavus prašymą, mums kilo įtarimų dėl besikreipiančiojo asmens tapatybės, mes turime teisę paprašyti besikreipiančiojo asmens tapatybės dokumento ar jo kopijos.

Jūs taip pat turite teisę, pateikęs mums rašytinį prašymą (paštu, elektroniniu paštu ar pateikiant mūsų buveinėje), reikalauti ištaisyti neteisingus, neišsamius, netikslius savo asmens duomenis, reikalauti sustabdyti, išskyrus saugojimą, savo asmens duomenų tvarkymo veiksmus, kai duomenys tvarkomi nesilaikant įstatymų ir šios Privatumo politikos sąlygų. Konkrečiu Jūsų rašytiniu prašymu, visa Jūsų asmeninė informacija gali būti pašalinta. Jeigu, gavus prašymą, mums kilo įtarimų dėl besikreipiančiojo asmens tapatybės, mes turime teisę paprašyti besikreipiančiojo asmens tapatybės dokumento ar jo kopijos.

Mūsų Interneto svetainėje gali atsirasti nuorodų į kitas interneto svetaines. Mes nesame atsakingi už privatumo politiką ir jos įgyvendinimą trečiųjų šalių tinklapiuose.

9.        Atsakomybė

Jūs esate atsakingas, kad Jūsų mums pateikti duomenys būtų tikslūs, teisingi ir išsamūs. Jeigu pasikeičia Jūsų pateikti duomenys, Jūs turite nedelsdamas mus apie tai informuoti, pakeisdamas atitinkamus duomenis registracijos formoje ar, jeigu duomenys nėra nurodyti registracijos formoje, informuodamas apie tai mus elektroniniu paštu. Mes jokiu atveju nebūsime atsakingi už žalą, atsiradusią Jums dėl to, jog Jūs nurodėte neteisingus ar neišsamius asmens duomenis arba neinformavote mūsų jiems pasikeitus.

10.     Privatumo politikos pakeitimai

Mes galime bet kada atnaujinti ar pakeisti šią Privatumo politiką. Tokia atnaujinta ar pakeista Privatumo politika įsigalios nuo jos paskelbimo mūsų Interneto svetainėje. Jei bus padaryti esminiai Privatumo politikos pakeitimai, apie tai bus pranešame Internetinėje svetainėje.
